Animal Ark is proud to offer educational resources to our local Washoe County Schools, including educational videos, field trips, and more!

Our Educational program is an important part of our mission and our passion and we are pleased to announce that our Ark Encounter programs (both with live animals and biofacts) are now free through August 2026 thanks to generous grant funding!

Educational outreach is handled by our Education Manager.

Field trip prices are applicable to accredited schools, charter schools, and home schools. If you have questions about group rates please contact our Education Manager.

These tours are an intimate and personal look at our mission at Animal Ark and will be sure to engage your wild side!

Tours last between 45 minutes and an hour. We offer picnic tables and an outdoor play area at our facility, providing a perfect spot for lunch after your tour.
